Who is responsible for your information

I am Nathan Ellingham, a sole trader operating under my own name. I am the data controller for the personal information I use to manage this website, my free training and clarity-call bookings.

For privacy questions or to exercise your data protection rights, contact me at nathan@nathanellingham.com.

Clarity-call bookings

When you book a clarity call through TidyCal, I receive the details you enter in the booking form. These include your name, email address, appointment details and any answers you provide to booking questions.

I use this information to arrange and manage your call, communicate with you about the booking and discuss the coaching services you have asked about. The lawful basis for this processing is taking steps at your request before entering into a potential coaching agreement.

You need to provide the required booking details so I can arrange and contact you about your call. Please avoid including medical records, diagnoses or other sensitive health information in the booking form.

Where booking information is held and how long I keep it

I use TidyCal to hold and manage clarity-call booking records.

I retain these records for three calendar months from the date you make your booking. At the end of this period, I remove the records from my account and arrange deletion of the associated personal information with TidyCal.

Limited copies may remain in TidyCal’s backups until those backups are replaced. If a legal obligation requires particular information to be kept longer, I retain only what is necessary for that obligation and delete it when it is no longer required.

This three-month period applies to my clarity-call booking records. Information processed through website advertising and the video player is covered separately in this notice and the relevant provider information.

Services used on this website

TidyCal: I use TidyCal, operated by Sumo Group Inc., to provide appointment booking and manage the information submitted through its booking form. TidyCal also processes information for its own service operations, as explained in its privacy policy.

Vidalytics: The training video is hosted by Vidalytics. Loading or watching the video can involve processing technical and viewing information, such as your IP address, browser and device details, and playback activity, to deliver the video and provide viewing statistics. Further information is available in the Vidalytics privacy policy.

Meta: The advertising-measurement section of this notice explains the information shared with Meta and the choices available to you.

Your data protection rights

Depending on the circumstances and the lawful basis used, you can ask to access your personal information, correct inaccurate information, have information deleted, restrict its use, object to processing or receive a portable copy.

Where processing relies on your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. The advertising section explains how to change your advertising-cookie choice.

To make a request, email nathan@nathanellingham.com. I may need enough information to verify your identity before responding. Information needed to handle your data protection request is processed to comply with my legal obligations.

You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. You can find information and submit a complaint at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

Advertising measurement

The Free Training and Call Confirmed pages use the Meta Pixel (28357200963981649) to measure page visits and advertising effectiveness. Meta Platforms receives the visited page address, IP address, browser and device information, and advertising cookie identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc. Meta may associate this information with your Facebook or Instagram account under its own policies.

This installation sends PageView events and a Meta Schedule event when Call Confirmed is reached, at most once per browser session (the current tab, across refreshes and return visits). Schedule is an estimated booking conversion based on page arrivals, used for advertising measurement and optimisation, not confirmation of an actual TidyCal booking. Direct visits and reschedules can count; separate tabs or sessions can count again. This installation does not send your email address, phone number, booking details or customer matching data, and automatic website event detection is disabled in the website code.

Your choice and withdrawal

In regions requiring advertising consent, tracking remains off until you accept. If your region cannot be determined, the same rule applies. Outside those regions, page-view measurement is enabled unless you reject it or your browser signals Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.

You can reject as easily as accept, or withdraw acceptance at any time using Cookie settings below or on either tracked page. Opening settings does not change your choice. A refusal stops future pixel reporting and is applied to other open tabs. Events blocked before acceptance are not sent later. Withdrawal does not undo data already received by Meta.

Your browser stores a visitor reference, your advertising choice, time of choice, detected country, the notice version and text, and choices offered. A later withdrawal retains the earlier acceptance evidence. These records stay on your browser until you clear its site data; clearing site data also removes the remembered choice. Meta advertising cookies can remain until they expire or you remove them in your browser.

Meta explains its data use, retention and account controls in its Privacy Policy. You can also manage advertising preferences in your Meta account.
